Doing Good Content Marketing

I’ll start by being honest myself — I don’t really like that a lot of people are giving Chris Brogan shit for building out a training webinar on Google Plus. I mean really, folks. What’s up with some groups of people always having their panties in a bunch every time someone wants to try and cash in on the online presence they’ve spent years building through sharing information, building trust, attention and traffic. The last time I checked, it was A-okay to use the web to generate and honest buck, right? Why Brogan’s Webinar is a Killer Content Marketing Case Study For reference, here’s that link again. Hell, even though I’ve been exploring on my own and writing about my own experiences, ideas and hacks on Google Plus, I still might attend. Chris is one of the few hundred of us digerati folks who’s been bedside to witness the birth of most of most of the social properties we all use today, right? Chances are, he’s going to see some stuff that we both might have overlooked.  Maybe we’ll see some stuff he has as well. If anything, his webinar will be a great discussion on Google Plus. But, his how he is selling the webinar and the information he will share is absolutely a killer case study in content marketing execution.
