    Congrats, bud. Bob Evans CEO blog was one of the first social media case studies I ever read that got me excited about this space. Very happy for you and very smart move by the folks at Bob Evans.

    My advice on corporate America — Beware of the silos. Do everything you can to cross department party lines and bring people together to find solutions. Because as I know you know…solutions are what customers really care about. Not that Marketing owns the Twitter channel and PR owns Facebook. Cheers!
