The Columbus AMA has been kicking butt and taking names so far this year, bringing the community together at events and providing forward-thinking content. This is the second promotional post for this week on local Columbus events. The first was another AMA-sanctioned event, featuring my friend and partner, Mark Whitman.
If you’re not in or around Columbus, this likely will not mean much to you (but please keep reading anyway). I’m a big advocate of Columbus’s tech start-up and social web scene, so I can’t help but make some noise for my hometown and all of the innovation and community activities we have going on here…
The low-down on the event:
- What does SIG mean?
- Register for the Columbus AMA SIG – Social Media Round Tables
- Link to the right directions so you don’t get lost
- If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Sandy Blanquera
And check out the sessions and facilitators:
- Making Facebook Work for Business Christy Williams
- Growing business through LinkedIn – Nate Riggs (Hey, that’s me!)
- Twitterlicious – Cheryl Harrison
- The Good, The Bad and the Blog Tom Williams
- The Net worth of growing your network Jason Velliquette
- Stop talking @them. Engage! - Andrew Spott
- Teetering between social and traditional marketing Julia Kinslow
What do you think? Which table looks interesting to you?
