		<description>I think in today&#039;s market, there is a shift in the way brand is perceived. Sure there is still the traditional company brands, but I think the growth in importance of personal brands has been just amazing. People are more active in promoting their personal brands, and the companies they own/work for benefit by association.

Think of Matt Cutts --- he is very very popular. When people think of him, they think Google too!</description>
