You Are NOT Entitled to Free Stuff
Chris Brogan chatted with me this morning via video on chrisbrogan.com, about an incident where an unnamed blogger approached George Smith Jr. of Krocs and apparently demanded free products by making a threat of writing negative content if George didn’t give in to the blogger’s demands.

My friend Perry Maughmer is is a LinkedIn networking guru. His ideas on using the crowd sourcing functionality that LinkedIn delivers are out of this world. Your profiles, blog, website and other new media, are much like the plates you see in this picture. Along with other things like SMS, Email and Search Engines, they make up your Total Internet Presence. As the spinner, it’s up to you (and possibly your company) to keep a set of plates in the air. This, like above, will require some time and attention on your part.
